SECTION 1
Booking Policies
A few essentials to ensure every guest receives the care, time and attention they deserve.
Payment
We accept all major debit and credit cards, cash, Venmo, and Zelle. New client, color, and extension services require a non-refundable deposit applied to your total balance.
Late Policy
All appointments include a 10-minute grace period. Arrivals beyond ten minutes may incur a late fee or result in a cancellation charged at the full service amount.
Cancellation
Cancel online at no charge up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made after must be handled directly with the salon and may incur a 50% to 100% service fee.
Refunds
All deposits are non-refundable. You may reschedule or transfer your deposit within the allowed window. No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged in full.

Important Information
Salon standards remain consistent across all Curl District stylists. A little prep goes a long way in protecting your time in the chair.
- Color services require a consultation prior to booking.
- Extension services require a consultation prior to booking.
- Hair must be detangled before arrival.
- New clients should review service descriptions before booking.
- Shampoo services are included with every service
- Deposits are required for selected services.

A note for those visiting us for the first time and for guests with timing needs outside our regular calendar.
For First-Time Guests
New Clients
- It is MANDATORY that you Choose services from the New Client category.
- A deposit is required to secure your appointment.
- Incorrectly booked appointments may be cancelled — reach out if unsure.
Outside Regular Hours
Special Requests
- Squeeze-in appointments may be available upon request.
- An additional $100 fee applies to squeeze-in bookings.
- Contact the salon directly when your preferred time is unavailable.
